Q. Do your prices include VAT?
A. Yes, all prices quoted on the Bombo web site are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate.

Q. What are your delivery charges?
A. All deliveries within the UK are FREE.

Q. Can I purchase online?
A. Yes, you can find all our bombo products on our sister site, the Studio, click here to view the site www.iconicinteriors.co.uk and purchasing is easy. Once you have made a purchase we will contact you to arrange delivery.

Q. Can I change the details of my order prior to delivery taking place?
A. Yes. However, we would ask that you contact us immediately you know the changes you wish to make. Please bear in mind that in some instances changes to an order may involve a delivery delay and that the original ETA may not be met.

Q. Will you contact me to arrange a suitable delivery date?
A. You will receive a communication giving an estimated delivery date, and this will be confirmed by our logistics partners. Should any unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified immediately. If the advised delivery date is not suitable, please contact us to re-arrange.

Q. What do I do if my goods arrive damaged?
A. Although we take every precaution to avoid damaged goods being delivered, minor damages can occur during shipping. If this happens, we need to know immediately so that remedial action can be taken without delay. Please keep hold of all original packaging in case the item needs to be returned to the manufacturer.
